- Praise now builds our spirit trouble later.
- Praise repairs emotional overdrafts.

Truth Tuesday
Journal: What truth is God teaching you through Psalm 61?
God sees me when I am at the end of the earth physically and spiritually. This is both comforting and convicting.
Word Study Wednesday
Verse 3 is so good!
“For thou hast been a shelter for me, [and] a strong tower from the enemy.”(KJV)
“For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe“.(NIV)
For you have been my refuge [shelter, hope, place of refuge, trust] and strong [might, strength] tower [tower, watchtower] from my enemy.
I pause in great gratitude for my Hope, Strength, and Watchtower. I shudder to think of all that He protected me from.
Thank you.
