Any Who
God looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God?

What is God looking for?

Truth Tuesday
Journal: What truth is God teaching you through Psalm 53?
When I live and respond like there is a no God, I am fool to God and the world. (V1)
Word Study Wednesday
I had to do it. I had to see the true definition of a fool. I am sorry girls. The word grabbed me and would not let go. If you don’t want to read any further I will understand, really I do. 🙂 Knowledge is power. Knowledge is convicting.
“The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” Psalm 53:1
- a silly or stupid person; a person who lacks judgment or sense
- a person who has been tricked or deceived into appearing or acting silly or stupid: to make a fool of someone
- an ardent enthusiast who cannot resist an opportunity to indulge an enthusiasm
- a weak-minded or idiotic person
It is important to note the fool says “There is no God” in his heart. This is what Jesus says about man’s heart, “The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks. Luke 6:45″ What we tell our heart will eventually come out of our mouth.
Thankful Thursday
