Discerning The Way

All the other prophets were prophets agreed, Yes, they said, go up to Ramoth-Gilead and be victorious for the Lord will give the king victory.  Micaiah replied sarcastically, “Yes go up and be victorious, for the Lord will give the King victory.”

Something Old

How difficult was it to discern between false prophets and real prophets?

Ahab and Jehoshaphat had conflicting messages.

How do I respond to conflicting messages?

Can I distinguish between my desires and God’s will?

  • Don’t act impulsively.
  • Spend time with God and in His Word.
  • Perhaps invite others (God seeking, Bible Living people) without giving them details.
  • Proceed Slowly.

Something to Do

Take my time in making decisions.
