The Power of A Woman

Hey Friends-

Several people in my RTW class commented on this video from March 7th. One friend requested I make it public because it impacted her so greatly.

Feel free to share. The subject matter is sensitive but timely.

Bless you today. Thank you for letting me minister to you through the cyber world. It is my honor.

  1. You landed that plane beautifully. So glad you shared this. Thank you. I love your gentle, quiet spirit. I remember a shirt your husband gave you because he recognized you were the real deal and I think you said he called it “Jesus Eyes”. Not sure if that was the wording but it is true nevertheless. ❤

  2. This is an important message for women everywhere. I know there are women who do enjoy being a spectacle or causing a disturbance but that is not what God calls us to be. You did handle this message beautifully in cautioning women against this sort of behavior. You have been responsible for what you know in edifying others and I can see your gentle and quiet spirit shining through. May God bless you and yours.

  3. Beautiful done. The plane landed safely, sofely, quietly, and strongly with great impression to both sexes. Thank you so much for your messages. Prayers for you and yours.

  4. Thanks Wendy for hitting this nail on the head in a very respectful godly way. Your gentle spirit shone brightly and I am sharing it as far as I can.

    God Bless!

      1. Thanks Wendy. Doing pretty good, and prayers that you and your family are as well.

  5. Wendy, you’re message is so important and is NOT gender specific! Most men are always looking for any opportunity with a woman that opens any doors. But I must say concerning any relations between a man and a woman, Jesus Christ MUST be our goal! Our eyes concerning any sexual processes MUST be SET on Jesus Christ or we will be seduced. Not by the other person but by satan! Both men and women have been stung and even crushed by their mates deceptions because they themselves have been deceived. Satan always tries to get us to look at what we don’t have OR by what we THINK we don’t have. I pray for every man and woman to keep their eyes and their hearts on Jesus at all times!

  6. hello Wendy,
I’m often ‘that woman’ who invites men in to unGodly thoughts, conversations, and sometimes actions… My entire life , (til I reached my 60’s that is) has been very much about this… wanting to feel ‘wanted’, validated as a woman, which I know is based on low self-esteem and self-hatred. Worldy things, not of God..
I still have my battles today and want to truly believe what our Papa says about me yet, it’s often difficult…
I appreciate your talk on the Power of a Woman.. It’s definitely, ‘something to think about :)’
Oh, I don’s see where Tom spoke on this issues… Anyplace special I should look?
thank you so much Wendy for your precious ministry.

  7. Wow, Wendy,
So glad you brought the subject up. Well done.
Wish more women than those who log onto your site could hear your message.
    Thank you so much.

p.s. loved seeing you fan yourself when you were done!

  8. I know what you’re talking about and agree that intentional invitations are not good, but it also brought shame to me in thinking that I could have not consciencely invited someone and not known it or not intended it that way. It made me feel a sexualized in places and situations that I don’t want to be. I now feel shame for what others may feel about my intentions instead of my heart. Nevertheless, I know I’m a sinner and only clean through Jesus Christ. I’ve gotten to the point where these types of things have kept me from even wanting to talk to a man and I’m not sure that’s healthy either. But since I feel so ashamed of being a woman and also because I assume I could be inviting anyone even if I have a normal conversation I get very nervous around men who aren’t my husband or my family. I’m not sure where the line is. I’m thankful for Jesus who cleanses my indiscretions but I’m also nervous about who thinks I’m a slut just because I say the wrong thing or do the wrong thing. It is a necessary message, but I don’t know if I’m convicted in Spirit or by man. It’s good to be warned about other people’s perceptions and doing what you can to guard from them.

    1. Thanks for sharing though. I know it was hard, and I thank you that you’re faithful to God in talking about the hard things. I know you are speaking out of love, and I’m also thankful to God who delights in teaching us and directing us and takes time to warn over the smallest details. I plead the blood of Jesus over this topic. Cover us. Have mercy on us.
