Before our worship I want to share an update on baby Stephen and thank you for all your prayers.

Praise The Lord for the mighty works of his hands! Stephen’s heart is beating on it’s own again, and the surgeon was very pleased with his repair. We are so deeply grateful for all the prayers for Stephen’s life. All glory be to God Almighty.

The next 48 hours are absolutely critical and will most certainly have ups and downs. We covet your continued prayers…

Specifically:
That Stephen would remain stable and infection free

Successful removal from intubation in the next several days

Diligent care from nurses & staff

Continued peace and protection from anxiety for Michael and me.

We should be able to see him in the next hour or so… We are SO overjoyed that the surgery went well, but we know the next two days will be a roller coaster. Please continue to pray for sweet Stephen’s life.

A million thank yous to the thousands that have prayed for is and our little baby.

    I think God uses situations with his believers , especially the very tough and heart-wrenching situations, to show other people how we are to run to Him, trust Him, have faith in Him and lean on his control of the situation.
    You and your husband have shown us that.
    I will pray for your precious Stephen; and for your family’s diligence in giving it all to God. May the peace of the Lord be with you.
