TGFABT – Psalm 52
What To Do With Anger?
Our anger must not block our confidence in God’s ability to defeat evil.
Why was David angry?
Anger is not a sin but should not lead to sin.
Ephesians 4:26-27
Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and do not give the devil an opportunity.
No matter how disgraceful the act may be, we are not justified to respond in sin.
What is our response to things that anger us?
Take Action
- Become involved in things that will combat evil, meanness, and injustice
- Be part of the healing and hope post anger
- Believe in God’s timing for justice
Our outrage should result in restoring people into loving, healing relationships with Jesus.
