Worship Today
Praise God we can come just as we are!
I come broken to be mended
I come wounded to be healed
I come desperate to be rescued
I come empty to be filled
I come guilty to be pardoned
By the blood of Christ the Lamb
And I’m welcomed with open arms
Praise God, just as I am

Thank you Wendy – that was so uplifting.
Just what I needed today and most probably every day – a reminder that we are God’s creation and are always supported by His love.
Bless you and have a lovely day.
Thanks Wendy, I love this song. Love your post too!! Thanks God we can come as were are. Have a blessed 4th of July!! ♥
Thanks for sharing this morning Wendy. Love this song and enjoyed listening to it as I am watching the sun come out on this beautiful fall-like day in Texas (record breaking for Texas). Thank you for blessing my heart today and always. Loving studying with you.
Love this song, what a blessing, thank you for sharing! Just as we are God accepts us with open arms. So many people around us are broken, wounded, desperate, and empty. Dear Father, give us spiritual eyes to see the needs around us today and go one more step, to act and do Your work; fill us with Your grace to accept all people. To love all people. Show us the blots that need to be carved out of us. Thank You for cleansing each spot within, bit by bit, day by day. You are so tender to show us “bit by bit.” Your love can not be comprehended as You accept us just as we are. Take our eyes away from ourselves so that we can see those who desperately are in need of Jesus and help us to accept them JUST AS THEY ARE. May the love you give us, – swell right out onto those around us. Help us live Your Word and bear much fruit. Amen.
Happy 4th everyone – oh, what a privilege we have to be free from sin. No one can take away that freedom we have in Christ. God’s Word sets us free!
Amen to your beautiful prayer, Lori!!! Thank God that as you said: NO ONE can take away our freedom in Christ Jesus.
Loving and praying,
Mema Jeanne
Wendy, Wendy!!!
God always knows how and when to use you with His words and the worship songs. I have just listened to this version of Just As I Am–I have never heard it before, and I know that I know I will listen to it a lot. I have cried in rejoicing as I listen. Thank you, sweet child of God for once again encouraging me for the day ahead.
Praise God just as I am,
Mema Jeanne, NC
