Nothing is all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before His eyes, and His is the one to who we are accountable. ”

My Take Aways
Something Old:
God’s Word has cut between my soul and spirit and exposed things I did not expect. I realized an emotion that I had been denying: betrayal by loved one. My anger, hatred, and bitterness for another person was not hidden from God.
Something New:
“Today when you hear His voice, don’t harden your hearts as Israel did when they rebelled, when they tested me in the wilderness.”
The Word of God is:
- Alive
- Powerful [Active]
- Sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword
The Word of God does:
- Cuts between soul and spirit, joints and marrow
- Exposes innermost thoughts and desires
Something to Do:
Don’t be like the Israelites hardening my heart to the voice of God. Obey and believe.
