Girls, I can’t believe it. I have reached the age. The age I thought I thought I would never reach. I have mindlessly watched the commercials for years, never giving a second thought that the content could possibly apply to me. Yesterday, I learned different.

The disturbing news came from my best friend, who after watching the commercial realized that because of her last birthday the message now applied to her,too. She was gracious enough to call me to say that since we were born between the years 1923-1968 we were now eligible for special life insurance that would help pay for our funeral cost. WHAT??????? NOW WAY!!!!!!!!

You have got to know what commercials I am speaking of. I thought those things only applied to “old people.” Well, if the commercial fits….
