What is causing the quarrels and fights among you? Don’t they come from the evil desires at war within you?

My Takeaways

Something Old

Sin defined: knowing what to do and not doing it. (James 4:17)

Something New

It’s flesh vs Spirit.

He rebukes them for

• No prayer (We have to be aware of our lusts before we can ever pray for help with them.)
• Selfish prayer (We ask God to bless our longings or keep them from someone else.)
