The Mind of Christ in Me

For, “Who can know the LORD’s thoughts? Who knows enough to teach Him?” But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ.
1 Corinthians 2:16

 

 

My Takeaways

Something Old

I love the Priscilla’s and Aquila’s in my life… those who teach me the way of God more accurately.

We have to always be teachable.

Something New

Being saved we have the mind Christ because

• Our focus is others-centered, rather than self-centered.
• Our words give life and are spoken in love, rather than judgement and condemnation.
• Our decisions are motivated by how the Kingdom will be affected, rather than our position on earth.
• Our actions are determined by considering how others will be affected, rather than how I will benefit.

Something to Do

Live like I have the mind of Christ, so others will want the Christ in me.
