The righteous [just, lawful] will be rejoice [cheer up, be make glad, have, make joyful, be make merry, cause to, make to rejoice] and take refuge [to flee for protection, to confide in — have hope, make refuge, (put) trust.] all the upright [straight, level right, pleasing, correct]

I love that righteous does not mean perfect!
