I am so very, very thankful for our new Pastor and his wife. After several difficult years God has brought to our church a wonderfully spirit filled man and his wife that not only talk the Word of God but live it out in their very lives. What a blessing to see our church come together as a “whole” community of believers not separated by cliques and groups. I Praise God for Pastor Steve and his wife Christy. God has breathed life back into a church that was slowly dying. I am so thankful for all that He has done, for all that He is doing, and all that He will do in our future as a family of believers.
I am so thankful for the word of God and Thank You Jesus for gently grabbing my hand and walking me through everyday of my life here on earth! I am especially thankful today for my family and all my chosen family (friends) I love you all.
I am thankful for so many on-line studies and the fact that I can participate freely!! I think I have bitten off a bit much, Psalms, Confident Heart, Made to Crave and following Ann Voscamp’s blog and reading the book 1000 gifts. Being thankful for the big and little things. Focusing on thanks does make a difference!! I haven’t been able to say no because they all are so good!! Thankful to have that problem. Of course, I can’t do them all as well as I would like, but am enjoying the variety of blessings through each. Be blessed as you walk in your own shoes today. Each day is a gift!!
Angie, I’m in the same boat as I am continuing with Wendy Blight’s Hebrews study which is awesome, Good Morning Girls Ephesians study, RTW and the Psalms study- but it’s a great boat to be in. And the blessings from them all are so great! Constantly being in the Word! What a blessing.
You probably will find a lot of overlapping because God is personally speaking specifics to each of us, no matter how many different places we are taking in His Word. And, that is a wonderful experience.
I continue to be thankful for the power and truth of God’s Word and the transforming power it has.
Being in His Word each day with this study has just been a tremendous blessing!
Blessings!
Lynne
I am thankful for the wonderful school where my children can learn the word of God everyday and in every subject! I am thankful too that the new area where we are moving has not 1 but 2 wonderful Christ centered schools!
I am so very thankful …………………
I am thankful for quite time with God this morning! The house is still. A cup of hot tea. My open bible. Me and God. Just spending time together so I can learn more of His truths from His word. I am blessed.
AMEN!
I am thankful for the lesson of Psalm 4:4; ‘In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent.’ By me being silent & prayerful a family discord was avoid.
I am thankful for the understanding I need to pray more for my children’s spiritual lives!
Blessings & Peace

I am thankful for being in the car at the right time and listening to the radio at the right time to here about the Made to Crave study, which when I searched it out, I came across the Psalm study which has really been a blessing each day. The LORD, HIMSELF, knew what I needed and HE directed my path to it and I am very Thankful.
You are God’s beloved. He cares for you with and all enveloping love beyond the love we know. He sees us, He knows us and He knows what we need before we even ask.
I am sooo thankful for my relationship with Jesus. I am thankful for you Dear Wendy and the teachings and this Psalms study. I am thankful for my husband, daughter and our abundant blessings. I am thankful that I am understanding HIS word more and more.
Love, Debra

I am thankful for the opportunity to study the Word of God in this new era of online studies. That I can enjoy great technology in this very precious way and for Free! Although I’d definitely pay:) This is so amazing to me and I praise God and thank Him!!!!!
I agree! I tried to write AMEN, but I had already posted an AMEN earlier on Joy’s post and it kicked me out for a duplicate post. I had to chuckle over that one. So, AMEN, AMEN!
I am thankful for conviction. I just want to live to please Him and bring Glory to Him, so I am thankful for the conviction that keeps me on the right path.
I am thankful for the Holy Spirit making the rending of my heart possible. I have to say when I read the question with John 14:26 my mind quickly went to “people” in my life who might fill that spot,(and I was struggling and worried that I did not feel confident any one of them would stand their ground to keep me on track) but once I read the scripture my heart lifted and I rejoiced knowing how wonderful it is to have such PERFECT counsel. AMEN!
I then went back into Tuesday’s Study questions and updated the 1Peter 5:7 passage (which I had left blank). I read the passage and felt the Holy Spirit give me a hug. I then filled in the prayer at the bottom…boy does the Holy Spirit respond quick….I prayed for forgiveness for always holding onto my anxiety, trying to deal with it myself, and I realized I live with constant anxiety over tomorrow and today. Ii fills me up and stifles what God wants to do with this day, this month, this life. So I lay down the anxiety at the feet of Christ and receive His care for me.
THEN, with Joel in my heart and mind I was reflecting on how I have a tendency to coward away from allowing idols in my life to be revealed. Mostly because I don’t like change. I like feeling content, warm and fuzzy. I don’t want to know what needs removed from my life. That is what I wrote in today’s reflection. Then I went on to pray for forgiveness and turn over my heart for rending.
You know, this isn’t easy for a woman who needs to be in control, but then I know the Holy Spirit will stay at it until the day of redemption. Now that IS A TEAM MATE!
God Bless you all!
AMEN! Thank you Carol, for being so transparent. I can truly relate to your words only I am just now realizing how stubborn and controlling I am. I just need to give God a hand at working things out in my life – when I need to totally surrender to Him. I’m praying right now…………thank you for stirring my heart.
I am thankful for living in this country and being born into the family that I have, but most of all I am thankful for God’s Son Jesus and the gift of the Holy Spirit that he has given to us all to guide and lead us into the directions that he desires so we can continue to keep the faith, trust and share the truths to others. I’m sooo thankful for my Counselor-my Spirit of Truth.
I am not getting the questions via email. I have signed up and get a ‘thank you” from the “madmini”

I am thankful for books and teachers that lead me to the Word of God. It often feels I can’t walk this journey alone – and I don’t have to because of the many resources God has provided for me.
I am thankful for each of you women at Proverbs31 and for the difference you are making in womens lives, including mine. I am thankful for Gods continued Grace and Mercy in spite of my actions over the past few years that caused me to ‘wander in the wilderness’ for a while. I am thankful for His restoration and healing in my life, my familys life.
I am thankful for the ability to read, to learn, to grow in understanding. We (I) do not have to stay like a babe who can drink only milk, rather I can chew on the tougher foods (Thanks Linda: http://www.countryroadfaith.blogspot.com/).
I am thankful for God’s patience with me and all that I am learning in this study.
So thankful for a new day and that God’s grace and mercy are new every morning! Thank you Lord! I give you all the praise and know that you are working in my life!

I am thankful that, even though I may not be at the ideal place in my life right now, the Lord has “plans to prosper [me] and not to harm [me], plans to give [me] hope and a future.” (Jer 29:11) His plans are better than my plans, and even though I cannot see tomorrow clearly, the One who holds tomorrow also holds me in His hands!
I am thankful for the challenges in each day; for Wendy’s hard work to teach us and her faithfulness to our Savior; for you sweet friends.
How is everyone doing? I have been missing your comments.
Thanks Gaylene for your encouragement.
lol,
Linda from Ark.
I’m thankful for the online friends He has placed in my path even for just a season. They have helped me grow in the Lord daily. I’m thankful that God speaks to us individually and tells us what He wants us to do to further His Kingdom. He may ask us to leave something good, which causes pain at the moment, for something even better.
I am thankful for my sister. She lives in N.C. but she and I talk frequently. I don’t have a church and people to have Christian talks with, but she is always there for me. God bless sisters!!
